Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel/reschedule at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel or reschedule your booking by sending an email to training@glentraffic.ca with the below details:
1. Candidate Name
2. Scheduled Training Date
3. Payment Date
4. Payment Method – Online (Paypal)/E transfer
5. Payment Amount
Any cancellation/rescheduling requested within 48 hours from the schedule start time of the class, or if you do not show up in the class, you will lose the amount and will not be eligible for any refund. An administrative fee of $25 per candidate shall apply for any cancellations prior to 48 hours. No charges are levied for rescheduling the class provided the request is received 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the class. In this case, you will be given a credit to be utilized within 60 days from the date the original class was scheduled.
Eligible refunds shall be processed within 5 business days from the date the request is received.
